Replay bot is bugged

Detailed description of the bug
The replay bot on the map utopiaV3 is bugged. When you spectate it, you can see it starts at the end, falls down, and keeps respawning at the end of the map.
This appears to be only a problem on utopiaV3 once we switched maps the replay bot for that map has been working fine.

it's the fastest way to complete the surf duh just spawn at the end

Unsure if this is still an issue, I will take a look soon.
The above player was using an exploit, which is why it looks weird.

I believe we should've already deleted this and removed the record but I will double check before marking as delivered.
