Add an optional tick for typing in your pronouns! Of course people will joking use this but it shouldn't be a bad thing.

Could be a good idea. Signatures should work pretty well for this functionality as well though. Only downfall to that is signatures don't show on mobile, but that's about it.

and not to sound like a doucebag but why would you have your pronouns on, ik people call themselves for he/she/they/them but i dont see the point really... i understand it can be an optional option but its really not needed they can add it in there signature if they want cuz they do use the discord description to it anyway

eh, there’s already like 3 features people can use. Signatures and custom forum titles come to mind as the primary. I think there’s also a bio area somewhere

If it’s not too difficult tech-wise we should definitely consider this, there’s no real reason not to other than the massive amount of weird stuff people will put in there. (“Haha guys look attack helicopter! I’m so original!!!”)

We might also consider implementing a simple He/They/She picker because of that sort of stuff

Might be better off just length limiting the field or using some odd regex. Depending on how customizable we want it. There's a lot of varieties.

I don't really see how it's necessary when you can just refer to individuals by their usernames. And as said in the early replies above, there are other places it can be added if a user chooses to do so.

i was going to say that at the end it was Tech Team decision to implement, imo this implementation is completely useless as you also use the About Me, Signature and custom title to show the pronouns, but if it makes those who user other pronouns happy, then its a good implementation (bad and useless are not the same)
