So idk if its possible but this is a shot, but like what MAUL is doing in shoutbox for promotions, it should also do birthdays as well.

Looking at our stats, 13025 of our 101794 members (12%) have their date of birth set to public.
Even with this percentage of players, that comes out to about 36 birthday messages per day, on average.

Not a big fan of this, partly due to what MSWS mentioned but also because it seems pointless. People can wish happy birthdays on forum profiles or manually say it in a chat.
