Counter-Strike Not Planned increase the timelimit for rtv

Not going to lie, im starting to hate rtv but its necessary when people are camping or the map need to be changed as soon as the vote is called. But once it hits 3 minutes or whatever people just rtv like as if it was lava. I have seen new maps being rtved asap because to people "its boring" but yet some other people wanna explore it and are unable to.

wdym "yet some other people wanna explore it and are unable to", if RTV gets called its mean a majority of people actually don't want to play that map, only because 4 people immediately type RTV as soon as they can doesn't mean the map will change or RTV will get called, now if all the persons necessary to call RTV type RTV it means the server doesn't want to play that map (majority of votes and i think the system is good as it is).

If this gets somehow implemented im gonna throw some beef to whoever decide its a good idea (Tech).

Trust me people just fall in line no matter what, if its to go push yes on a vote or to change maps people will listen to rtving which sucks a lot.

To be fair, I have often seen people saying « type rtv in the chat » and then a lot of people typing it because it’s funny to change the map (even if they don’t really care about the map) or just because they don’t know what the !rtv command does.
I’m not saying that it’s always like this but it happens sometimes, and recently a lot.
Very often, the map is rockvoted when someone influences it…

The worst example is when warden asks a trivia question that forces/baits T's to rtv. Should be a ct ban, but I rarely see it happen

Think the solutiion is to be harsh-er on influencing RTV, I myself am pretty lenient regarding this.
Will definitely change that
