BeaconPlus chunk loader issue

[ChickenWings]

We paid $1,000,000 for the chunk loader option and put it by our sugar cane farm and creeper farm, but nothing runs while we’re gone. It's about 40 blocks away from where the Kill chamber is for Creeper's and share the basement for the sugar cane farms.

No growth, no drops, nothing.
Is it bugged?

Most likely its bugged. We will look into this immediately. Thank you.

Edit: Until then we can refund the money you used to purchase the upgrade if you would like.

That would be great thank you! Can you also look at the furnace one? Says 75% faster but doesn't seem like it

No problem we will look into it.

I’m currently away from home but Minecraft Leadership will give you a refund on it whenever possible.
