Periodically experiencing rubberbanding, stuttering, and freezing. Others have also experienced it.

Could you enable your net graph and record another clip while it’s happening?

Open the console and run:
net_graph 3
net_graphpos 2
To open net graph.

This just lets us see ping, loss, choke, and other networking stats so we can determine where the issue is coming from.

I haven't played much but a few days ago I played for a few minutes and didn't have the issue.
