Well im currently going to build a new puter. So here it is.

i know it looks alot like wal-mart security's computer. I know this. We know this... we have similar tastes, but there are differences too.
 
nice rig. should get a good sound card though imo

Do you plan to OC your CPU? if no, don't read further. If yes; get a better CPU cooler. AC freezer 7 pro is a decent cpu cooler but i keep hearing a lot of cases that it's not very good when it comes to moving air for an OCed rig.

Agreed, I want to pick up a Ultra ChillTec cooler for my Oced quad. The AP7 is a nice cooler but an awful ocers choice.

I love your choice in motherboards though. I am so drooling right now.

Can you get me one :D:p:D
 
with the board, it does come with a sound card (onboard, and then a SupremeFX II)

and im also currently using a USB headset, so really in this time and place, i do not need a sound card.

Ok and with the OCing, what would you recommend for a cooler that isnt too expensive (30-60 dollar range) i have seen the Ultra ChillTec, and it looks like a great cooler, but a bit too expensive for my buget (im stretching it pretty far with what i have already :P)

and for you Mr.Q, i would, but that would mean buying everyone one of them, and i dont quite have enough money for that :D

The Tuniq tower is highly recommended. Just make sure it will fit on your board since it holds a 120mm fan.

On a side note, I have actually used the Ultra Chilltec before on a customers build and it was worth every penny.
 
i was actually considering getting the tuniq, i heard it was good for overclocking... i think ill put that on my list instead.

maybe the Ultra will come at a later time for an upgrade... right now i just need a functioning computer that is better than i have lol
 
for what it's worth with coolers for OCing keep an eye on the newegg reviews. I picked up the AC7 because it was a top seller for newegg and decided to go with it. After reading a lot of reviews i realized i could have stayed with the stock cooler than came with my cpu and probably had been fine.

Just keep an eye on some of the reviews and see which ones talk about OCing. I know because it's Cpu cooling that this will be a major topic and most anyone will mention OCing results if they go through the hassle of it.
 
cause i was going to buy 2 of them anyways, and if that one 1TB drive fails, i lose everything
