Okay I've looked and looked, but I can't find the vent info! I'm guessing that its not a TF2 specific vent because I can't find it in any of the stickies here, and I don't know where to look elsewhere. Any help?

i wasnt actually expecting promotion so soon as its such a big clan i thought id be easily overlooked especially since a lot of people play more than i do.

but i was promoted totally surprised me and made my day stick in there everybody =(e)=

Since we have 4 new servers, we need more admins. Especially the ones who play in the morning and help us fill the servers up. We are going to be watching these servers and I personally will be playing in them along with the division leaders for the next week or two to try and get them off the ground.

Thats where you guys come in......

Dont ask for promotions
Be a good sport
Dont try to admin the server (let us do it)
report problems if you are the only one on the server

I already have one e in mind for a field promotion, he played with me in our new goldrush server this morning. He was an excellent sport and followed to the other ones to help out filling them up. To be a good leader you must first be a good follower.

Im tired of hearing all the crying of people not getting noticed, its time to put up or shut up boys and girls. I will see all of you tomorrow morning in eGO servers. If you dont like the new maps then fine, you still will probably get eG someday, but im looking for leaders and am ready to do some field promotions in the next couple of days to worthy and deserving e's and eG's.

I will see you all on the field of battle, say your prayers first before entering because your scalp is mine once you get there

On a different note, I played on a couple of the new servers (Black Mesa and Toy Fort) and I have to say, whoever made them definitely did a good job. Just a kudos to the mapmakers.

well i previously didn't know that being afk was acceptable...but now that i do, i will try to remember to find a low pop server in the morning before i go to work...i am up at 4:30 am EST every day almost...so that should help a little..i am sure the servers don't have many in them at that time...anything i can do to help! Yeah, I was filling the ctf_well server and it was actually fun and I didnt want to leave until I had to head off to a wedding.

Don't ask Garden. He gets about 50,000 PMs a day and if you PM him asking for promotion he has a special list you go on to never get promoted.

Now, a letter with a $50 in it and a little note like, "Mo0's appreciation" might do the trick.

Haven't paid much attention to the forums since I joined. Same with TF2, had exams so I had a period of no TF2 for like a month But I'm slowly getting back into it playing Goldrush and a little bit of server filling. I do enjoy eGO but the only problem is that as a UK'er I feel I'm getting pushed aside because of the time difference. Like, events are usually set around 9:00pm for Americans and that would be around 3:00am for us...I'm asleep at that time as I have to get up for work. So yeah, I feel that some of us don't get to show our full potential. But since I've been at eGO, I have had a much more fun time than before.

Omzz i would would have to say that that happens with alot of clans. But EGO is one of the Euro friendlist clans i have been. Granted it nots great for you guys yet, but were working on it since i have joined the clan i have seen meeting setup for 2 diffrent times( one euro friendly one for everybody else.) i have also seen a big increase in events being held at better times for european players. So yes its kindof one sided at this point but the wheels are in motion.

Yeah, sinse it's my holidays now, I would definately be able to make it to my first euro admin seminar - but I was away last sunday and i think i just missed an opportunity from once in a blu moon. the timing of it seemed to work for US and UK, so i think the timing has to be morning for America for us to make it.
