Gears. Lets get some gamertags up and we can play Horde mode. It sounds super fun.

Fallout 3 is meeting expectations from the demos.

Fable 2 multiplayer looks really easy to use.

Resident Evil 5... Eh, looks kinda gimmicky. Doesn't look like any huge gameplay changes other than the addition of a partner.
 
i dont know that type of gameplay brought into RE4 did make that game pretty frickin huge
im sure theres more to it
and people always wanted a 2 player RE

I'm going to say that...

...without competition there's no industry. If Sony drops out of the business (which it won't because it's still got loads more money than Microsoft invested in it) then there will be NO competition for the "hardcore" console gaming. That would make it so Microsoft won't have to put out tip top technology and games to please people, they could just make a mediocre system and no one would know the difference!

As a PS3 owner, and hopefully soon to be X360 owner, I must say that the PS3 and 360 are currently two sides of the same coin...
 
i wouldnt really say ones better than the other
i just look at it this way
both each have their own exclusives and if i wanna play those games i just have to get both lol

While this is true, I must also point out who the two are promoted to.

The PS3, with its superior multimedia functionality (bluray, better music/movie capabilities/etc) is better for those who wish to use it for more than just gaming. Its weakness is gaming, which is strange from a gaming console.

Now, the Xbox 360, on the other hand, is much more focused on gaming, although it is addressing the movie issue by allowing direct download from netflix (E3 again :D).
Another feature they're adding is the ability to invite friends to watch a movie from your Xbox, on THEIR xbox. I think this is just an awesome feature
 
E3 showed some good games for the Xbox 360. Personal favs that I've seen are Mirror's Edge, Gears 2, Rise of the Argonauts, and The Last Remnant.
 
Fallout looks immense... It's definately on my list of things to buy immediately upon release

Because it's in XBOX. :p

PS3 has better graphics and gameplay, no doubt. :)
