What game is the easiest for young players to play?

id go with TF2 it has bright colours so itll keep their attention

dods. I would say that the average 6-11 year old would be confused by tf2 with all its knick-knacks (my 18 yr old brother is.) and that CS:S is too hard for them bcuz starting out they get killed over and over b4 they can react and they are dead for a long while and get discouraged and quit. Dod:s is simple and offers respawn. and is some tiny way teaches history.

My son love TF2 and he is 7 the only thing is we don't give him a Mic no point in asking for trouble now days with T.V. the way it is the see enough killing plus me and my husband are avid players so it not like he doesn't see it anyway.

TF2. easily. Here's why :

Dod : too mature. I think the realism is probably too much, and it is M.

Cod : Never once played or seen this game played, so frankly, I don't know.

CS:S : Long respawn times, pure and simple. if they get killed, they have to wait like 2-3 mins to play again, and the downtime will probably lose their attention.

TF2 : you can find instant respawn servers (we even have one!) it's colorful, it's cartoony, and things like pyros are very easy to pick up... point and shoot.

i agree that most of the people play here are probably under that age. but i guess what i meant is: As an adult, and a parent of two, i wouldn't suggest ANY of these violent games to any kid. not saying ya'll can't play, it would just seem wrong for me to suggest to do so.

its like if a (kid) started a poll: Which NC-17 movie should i go see!??!?! I'M ELEVEN!!!

i wouldn't make a suggestion. and just cuz some kids are allowed to watch that doesn't mean i would add to it.

It's all about the parental figures being there...

I want my kid to experience things at a younger age and i will also be there to let him know what's right and what's wrong..

An ESRB board does not govern my son.. i do ..... and geez... cable television is way worse than even some of the dirtiest games (Manhunt).

Tf2... because its the one I find easiest lol. (Im 16 btw not 6). Dod I find pretty hard because of how easy it is to get killed and CSS can get rather annoying having to wait 3 mins to respawn. Call of Duty 4 seems to advanced for younger kids in my opinion cause of all the options there are. (I play the Ps3 version of Cod4 btw so it might be different to the PC version).

I say Dods, cause it's just point and shoot with the MG. But TF2, the bright colors and lights will probably keep their attention.
