Anyway, the freezecam is just for kicks in the end. I agree it helps snipers move around more, and probably gives them better reaction times ^^. It's bad for hidden MGs in my opinion, because then a rocket can easily kill them.

Anyways, Here's why the freeze cam will likely stay ( not the official wording currently, but the reasons for it in the past)

1. Disabling the kill cam disables achievements and domination/revenges. I don't remember, but I think it also may have caused a server crash sometimes. We even had a server that had it disabled for a while, but it was plagued with problems.

2. Having the kill cam shouldn't handicap your game. Everyone knows where the snipers hide at. Most players go to the same spot life after life, making it easy to shoot them. I find the fact that it hurts your hiding spot a weak excuse. If you are a good player, you won't let that stop you.

I think I'll just lock it. No point, really. The Death cam is staying, on the count of the issues we previously had with it, causing STEAM User Ticket issues. I'd rather sacrifice my position when I kill someone than have half the people who possibly can in the server.
