Tried unplugging your router then plugging it back in? Im not very technical...
Possibly resigning from TF2?

SCOTT: I believe that maybe a solution to my problem, only thing is, when I try to back up my registry with that, I get an error for every file it tried to backup, solution?
JDUBZ: SOMETIMES I can see the servers on the list, for the most part, I hit refresh and like 3 servers come up after like 2 minutes and those ones still dont even work, as for my favorites when I click refresh only the "admin school" server comes up, all my other favorites just dont load.

I used the alternative solution, I don't believe the first one was even offered when I had the problem.
lspfix.zip fixed it for me. I can't access the site here at work but I believe this is the site for lspfix.

Make sure you read the readme's and follow directions closley. This is a delicate part of your OS and networking. Though it can become damaged during the instalation and/or removal of spyware/adware.
