It's been said MANY times already that it's for legal reasons.

What she said.. We want the public to see us as an inviting community, and if some pubs are in a server with a ton of eGO tags then maybe they will feel the odds are a bit stacked.

Playing the tournament tag-less is our way of saying.. Hey, come on in and play in a tournament with us.. It's free.. and everyone is going to have an equal chance at prizes regardless of affiliation!!

It's all about showing the gaming community what we are all about and how organized we are in the process of doing just that !
