What upgrade should I get?

What upgrade should I get guys? Because of my stuttering problem, I can't play TF2, DOD:S, or CS:S... And some more games, and I am gonna ask my dad for a Christmas present this time and hopefully he will give me it, since its Christmas, my mom will allow me to buy either of these 2 (we were buying computer componets privately, because she is always yelling at us for a waste of money, actually we even have enough money to stuff our fridge up and some good furniture in the house lol). So... What will it be? I really want to stop this dang stuttering already, I bought 4 GB of G.Skill Ram, Improved CS:S' FPS up to 200-300FPS and TF2 up to at least 90-130 FPS (I have MSAA and AA on to the max in TF2 except CS:S, I don't notice any difference in CS:S and a reason to put it on).

A AMD 6000+ X2 Anthlon 64
HD4670 Radeon Ati Graphic card by MSI
a M2n MX se plus by Asus
A 250GB Internal Hard drive by Western digial
450 Powersupply by Dyanblade
A 80GB external Hard drive by Maxtor (given as Christmas gift from my Aunt's friend).
I dunno what else is important

Get the Mobo/Processor combo, although buying such a cheap Mobo isn't the best option.

Also, any stuttering with 80-90 FPS means its from your internet connection...

Finally, make sure your old RAM will be compatible with the new Mobo...

How is it my internet connection? Just wanna make sure. its like 1-100MBPs I wonder how is it my internet connection, I thought it was the Hard drive.

And what kinda Mobo should I get then? I know Foxconn isn't a recommended company, I know Gigabyte is and ASUS.

Neither. If you are going to get a hard drive you might as well get one that has 10,000 rpm and you can use it for your games and most used programs keeping the other hard drive for OS and documents.

Also, you might want to think about a more powerful power supply and overclocking what you have.

I would assume you are running Window Vista or it would not reconize more than 3 gb of your ram and does the motherboard support the ram you do have?? DDR2 800?

Also, research what you can make by selling the cpu and motherboard on ebay or craigslist and look for a better motherboard.

Can't i'm too young to use ebay and that other site, and I will lend the mobo and CPU to my cousin. DDR2 1066.

Also I put in my D link network adapter back in and gain faster internet yet the stuttering still goes on.
