hey it could just be not everything is plugged in check that then check the hard drive by takin it off and turning it on like that other than that idk?

I had this before. It is most likely your Ethernet port. Try unplugging it and see if it works.

E74: AV cable error... There is a problem with the AV cable, try using a different AV cable. If the cable is known to be working then there is a 90% chance it's a scaler chip problem (the "ANA" or "HANA" chip connected directly to the AV cable) in rare cases it is the GPU.

RMA to Microsoft... You're not going to be able to find the parts to fix that, let alone the tools. It's very possible that it may need a motherboard swap...

Honestly. Call Microsoft support. They were more helpful to me than I thought they would be when I got the ring of death on my Xbox. They didn't make me pay for anything, they sent me the shipping box, I sent it back, and they gave me a brand new one, no cost. Just didn't have my Xbox for a few weeks.
