Stutters in-game, impossible to play

Get a new power supply you cant run a new graphics card and a dual core on a 450W you don't have enough power going to the card and the card is not running correctly. I would see if you can borrow a higher powered ps from someone you know before you try anything else.

Edit: Very well, in fact, and It passed a 10 hour stress test

I would like to point out, that power supplies almost never go wrong, and when they do you will know it. You will smell burnt popcorn XD

And I'm sure the 350w is more than enough to handle the system. I suspect the Hard Drive has problems.

I guess it is my power supply, Rabid shown me a guide not to buy a Power supply under 30$, and this 450w was 20$ ._., incredibly sucks, almost like my 350 watt that doesn't have any sata cable, and this one doesn't got any also, so I am hoping my new 700 Watt Power supply will help fix it, this power supply is already at half its performence at idle and full at load >.>.

My hard drive is fine also, and I see nothing wrong with my Mother board, and at load, my CPU is at 55C, and at idle at least 40-35C, and doesn't look wrong as I checked, I see no capititors in my motherboard blown up, it is still normal, my GPU is alright... Need to list more?

On the power supply, look for a minimum of two 12 volt rails (more would be better) with a minimum combined amperage of 36 amps (more would be better) and you also ideally want a PSU with the "80 plus" rating which means that it's more than 80% power efficient. Here are some from NewEgg:

If you look at the specs for the 1st link:
+12V1@22A,+12V2@22A
So you have a total of 44 amps which is more than enough to run a modern video card. Don't ever sell your self short on a quality power supply. Ten years ago, the power supply was not that important, but now with these modern video cards, processors, and ram, you need a quality power supply that can adequately drive your video card and everything else.

It has 2V Rails and 36 AMps I guess, Idk, It runs up to 85% effiecient, and has a good amount of Cords. I know the reports are bad, but its because of the installation, the Screws are hard to put in as they say.
