I clicked on the MAUL button up top just to make sure I was still vertified(just curious and bored) and it had a place for Bans issued. What is this for??

I think that shows if you have been banned on the forums before so the coucil can look at that when they give you admin

Well seeing as it says Bans Issued I would find it safe to assume that it meant for when you issue a ban once you get your O i.e. your an eGO it will keep track of all the bans you make. This is probably an admin logging tool to see who banned who so the higher administration knows who a banning admin is. This is my logic on the matter.
