Serious problem with my PC

Hy guys my problem is that when i play L4D my pc shutdowns in couple of minutes this happens everytime when i start the game i play about 5-10 mins and it shutdowns.

Do you have any other problems like when playing other games or maybe watching a movie, using a program? Oh and is the game licensed or cracked?

The problem is happening on several more games like NFS Undercover,NBA 2K9 and they are licensed tryed with cracked one and its the same it's a hardware problem but dunoo which one while watching stuff i didn't had any problems and there is one time that happened when i was finishing the instalation of L4D

What does the system log show when your PC shuts down?
When you say "shutdown" do you mean the PC actually goes into Windows shutdown?
Or do you mean it just suddenly loses power?

Sounds like it can be:

1) Faulty memory. Download the ultimate boot CD (http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/) and run a memory test.
2) The system is overheating. it could be the CPU or Video Card that is the culprit. Ensure that fan on the vid card is working properly.

Do you know how to take the heatsink off your cpu, reapply the thermal grease, and reattach the heatsink?

well Scrappy it shutdowns instantly.For Born now i am downloading the program gonna run the test and PM you the results for the second think i Fans are working fine atleast that is what i think dunno what you mean by fine and for the other stuff i can't do it :S i don't know even where the Heatsink is

Download and extract the ISO.

Burn with this (if you dont have burning software): http://www.download.com/Active ISO ...602452.html?part=dl-105270&subj=dl&tag=button

Put the CD in and boot to it. You may have to set the boot order in your BIOS to boot to the CD first. Once in the CD menu, it is very intuitive. I dont think youll have a problem. let me know if you need anything else.

Sounds like a heat issue..when was the last time you took a can of air to it?

Can of Air ? what do you mean by that ? btw my box is open because i had a freak out and broke the box on the side where u open it i hardly get it out of there.BTW born sec question when i boot the CD what should i do ? is there something ?

Like BorntoKill said, it could be heat. Also, your computer could be hitting full load, and not getting enough power out of your PSU

well i tested the memory with the Uber CD and it's not a memory problem.Bigbad what do you mean by can of air my PC is always open it's easyer to clean it this way and there is always air in it i am thinking of buying a new fan for the CPU and VIDEO also to buy newer power supply

dpwnload rivatuner and increase your fan speed to like 80% and see what happens, sounds like a heat problem

BTW Peter how can i increase the Fan speed i downloaded the 2.22v one and when i try to do something the program goes into "Not Responding" state

Might try going into the Event Viewer under the Administrative Tools and see if there is any error being kicked out before it shuts down.

Under systems properties you might want to un-check the option to automatically restart so you can see if any errors pop up. If they do then it is Google time.

Barring a driver problem, it may be a heat or power issue like the others are saying.

the only errors that i get are these "Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for the Eset Nod32 Boot service to connect." and "The Eset Nod32 Boot service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. "

here is a guide to increase fan speed, made it quick..should be easy to follow
