Anyone know how to change the color of your smoke? I have seen green/yellow, but Mine always comes out black 0_o

It's a console command. Open up your console and type in ins_player_smokecolor. You'll see a list of three commands ending in r, b, and g, each for one of the primary colors; r for red, b for blue, and g for green. enter in a number between 0 and 1 to mix and match colors. If you want pure blue, set the one for "b" to 1 and the others to 0. If you want purple, set "b" to 1 and "r" to 1 and "g" to 0. You can also use some colors to lesser degrees like setting blue to 0.6 and red to 1 for a different color.

THATS AWSOME! thanks for the good info.

Thanks! I think you should take JediHitmans post, make it a separate thread, and sticky it!

Also, when you throw the smoke it will start to sputter the color you wanted, but when the actual smoke comes out it will be black anyway if it's in the shade, or colored if it's in the sunlight. Or so it seemed when people were messing around with it this evening.

We now have 2 threads on the same topic. I'm closing this one and you can redirect your self to the 2nd post here.
