I would like to see a sniper only server on DOD. I know a lot of people play snipers in our clan and a Sniper only server might even bring more people into the clan. I love to play sniper only servers nut it seams like there is too much cursing and disrespect in the servers. This is why I think we should have a sniper only server. What Do You Think???

I just started getting back into DoD today but I agree with Jepoy, it would take away most of the teamwork and I think one of our servers would draw more of a crowd than a sniper server. We could try it for a while.

I play sniper all the time, as most people who play kalt and flash can attest to, but I would never play on an all sniper server. Too much camping doesn't fit my play style

A good sniper doesn't sit in one spot.
Exactly, only snipers with no skill camp, good snipers move around the map taking out targets as required sitting in one spot doesn't help your team and it labels you a camper.

Yeah, I move if you camp you can be snuck up on, I guess it depends on the map really. On flash or kalt if you don't move you will be dead pretty quick when people flank you. And if your team is winning and they can't flank you. your not in a very good position to shoot the enemy.

Its a mixed bag really, it would be nice to play against other snipers But the gameplay would be too boring with the camping and such. I say "yes" just to give it a shot, I remember there used to be a 24/7 Mario server that had unlimited sniper and that turned out to be tons of fun.

Wouldn't succeed. We have attempted an Orange server, a GunGame server (both more popular than sniper-only), as well as attempting even additional stock maps, and none of those servers have been successful.
DoD is a dying game, and without people committed to working on getting a new server active, it will be impossible to start anything.. especially something as specific as a sniper-server. It's simply not logical at this point in DoD's life cycle.
