In-Game Music Tutorial!

This tutorial is to reduce the amount of lag in-game and to let you listen to music as peacefully as a stereo!

"!Radio" works fine, but what if they dont have songs you want? It lags and takes a long time to load the songs. This way is easier! And it lets you listen to exactly what you want.

Hey guys! I have come with a tip to share to you! Ever wanted music ingame? Another window slowing you down?! Well worry no more! With this tutorial its easy and simple to do! Even Buga can do it

Ok so here goes:

Join a server. Go to the console and type:

"play ui/gamestartup1.mp3"

You can use that command for the other three songs, just change the number accordingly.

This will be for all the start up songs. Now from what i know, if you want other songs, you just copy them to that songs folder and play them the same way:

"play ui/darthisthebest.mp3"

if you put other songs in the right folder what is the command to play the song

I dont think so. But it would be easier for you to rename the music to numbers so you can easily press the up key and changet he number instead of typing it all out.

hmm I will have to really give this a try since I am tired of the ingame music and want to listen to my own but I then can't have voice chat so this would solve that problem

That's not a problem, Xioyn. Ever played Convoy and had the BGM play? It's in the background. Team chat and game sounds go in front of it. That's what this MP3 thing does. Which is useful, admittedly.

I was talking about using a 3rd party program since thats what I have been doing but in order to listen to music and voice you have to have the war sounds which sucks

Anyway, if I want music I generally run it on my Wii's music player homebrew app, or just play it over mic to others, or just winamp it...
