TF2 Weapons gone?

Hey all. recently, my brother got all the achievements on TF2. With this, we had the all the scout weapons. I hardly played at all last week because I was working the entire time, and neither did my brother. As I connected to a server, I figured I should go scout to try out the new weapons. But when I chose the class, none of my new weapons were there. So I hit M to go to the chracter load out screen, and it said there were no scout weapons. I checked my achievements, and it said I had all of them. So I relaunched TF2, and no weapons. Relaunched steam. No weapons. But I still have all of my achievements! Does someone know what is going on? Also, my console has a ton of writing in it whenever I launch tf2, so I attached it. Its all about cheats that arent allowed.

tell me if the attachment doesnt work.

EDIT: Everytime I launch Steam, it says the platform is updating. Why is that?

EDIT to the EDIT: Is it cuz I deleted my clientregistry.blob?

I would venture a guess that it is HOW you got ALL of the achievements that got your weapons locked...

I would suggest not using console commands next time and you won't lose you weapons :lol:

I asked my brother what he did. He wouldnt tell me. I searched the comp. He used a finpack. Soo yup. no weapons for a week. damnit.

i unlocked the achievements and weapons on a farming server and now my weapons AND my achievements are gone, this is totally unfair i did NOT use any type of program sure i thoughtlessly mowed down a bunch of people whom i have no idea who they are but come on valve you could have at least sent me an E-mail!

On a more serious note, if it says you have the item equipped but you have not wielded it, run over to the health cabinet. If it does not automatically equip the weapon, go back to the weapon layout and equip the opposite weapon (Sandman - Bat, Scattergun - Force A Nature). Run over to the cabinet. Equip the item you want to use this time, run over to cabinet, and bam. Should work.

Despite all of the threads overflowing our forums with this issue, you could easily use google search. Since I'm feeling nice, I'll help a brotha out.

Thanks Crash. I used google but whenever I searched for finpack issues nothing came up. And it says I have all the achievements, but under scout it says no weapons found. Like in general.

I had issues up til the server reboot yesterday with no achievement weapons showing up... I did all my achievements legitly, so I think it was some kind of config issue,..
