What is your favorite INS weapon, and why?

Just want to know what your favorite weapon is...

The RPG stands for Rocket Propelled Grenade and i love it!!! Why, because it is very simplistic, easy to use, and easy to carry around. Kinda seems to be a pattern when it comes to Russian manufactured arms. The basic principle of the RPG centers around the warhead where there is an explosive charge which detonates when the round hits an object, the explosive force super heats copper within the round to thousands of degrees which instantly melts it. Then the force from the explosion pushes the super heated copper through the armor of a tank or vehicle, the copper than travels around in the inside of the target creating a devastatingly hot and lethal environment which inevitably kills the occupants. However, whenever you launch this baby towards a group of enemy fighters, it is just a slaughter aha. Wish I had tanks to blow up in game:rolleyes: Some people think it is over powered, well that is warfare and this isn’t Counter Strike.

I also like the M203, but it is hard to aim correctly if you dont know how to use it. And you can't shoot a wall right next to you to kill yourself and an enemy soldier, it will just hit the wall and bounce off without exploding.

Also watch out for Herm and his grenades...i need to find a condump of his 5 player nade kill the other day.

Conclusion, explosives are the kings of INS but only in the right hands.

The grenade is my weapon of choice. It can be used not only as a killing device, but also as a means to scatter enemies.
 
I like the AK74. It is compact, light, and has relatively low recoil. The sight is easy to use and has a nice r o f. The marine sniper rifle is nice too. A bipod with a 20 round mag...nuff said.
 
I personally love the 203, I just wish the damn thing would explode when I shoot it at proximity. Something about hurling a nade a few dozen yards and taking out a bunch of people before they even know where the enemy is makes it so much fun. However, when I actually want to score well, I go for the AK-47. The 74 just never works well for me. I dunno why but it seems like it takes too many bullets to take someone out. If I'm going marines, I want the M4 iron sight.
 
My favorite is the aimpoint. It has the range and the only optics short of a sniper.

For the insurgency side, its AK-74 all the way. Great stopping power!

The L1A1 SLR (or FN FAL for all of you not British or informed) is schweet. You can hit virtually anything, and if you click fast enough, its really cool. It kicks like a mule, but if you make our shots count, its awesome and you don't notice the recoil.:cool:
 
My Favo is the M4 Aimpoint, great for distant targets and it's single shot + scope is as deadly as the sniper rifles. + the full auto at close range makes it a sweet weapon.
 
haha i like the marines sniper all i day. i have got plenty of 15+ kill lives with the sniper its so accurate and 1 hit kill. especially on karkar the best map ever in my opinion. i cant remember who i saw the spot at the end of the conveyor from. but i got 2 straight 15+ kills from it. thanks whoever it was sorry i cant remember

M242 SAW (Squad Automatic Weapons) M249 if used right Owns the enemy. Most people just don't use the SAW and RPK right.

Thats my 2 favorite classes. Although I do like the SAW from time to time :)
 
If we're talking Dust server, RPG ftw...I have been doing so well with it on that server.
 
AK47 all the way. Deadly force and in Insurgency it seems to be as accurate as a sniper rifle. So with the combined force and accuracy you can kill anything with it very easily.
 
I like the semi auto rifle thing on the insurgents.. dunno the name though :S

And i'm horrible with the snipers
 
I really like the Enfield. It's got a lot of stopping power. But I usually do my best with an AK-74u or M4 in my hands.
 
haha the sniper is the best gun in the game. especially the marines sniper haha. ill kill everyone all day with it.
