New steam account?

I joined the eGo clan a couple weeks ago, but then my dad decided that my brother should have the account that I used to play on eGo servers. I got a new steam account with tf2 however under the name GARbusters. Does anyone know what I should do?

Your steam account name is really just your personal stuff, no one really needs to know it, but update your MAUL like Baghdatis said. The thing is just your ingame name needs to match w/the forum name. If you are changing your forum/ingame name, then there needs to be a name change request.

To steam, the game in question does not belong on the computer, but to the account. If you make a new account you shall lose all your games, or more specifically you will not be able to play any of the games you have bought on steam unless you log back onto your brother's account. So unless your brother has bought/owns all/a majority of the games on that account, you best not give it up.

wow that was confusing. i believe he is saying if you bought most of the games on that acc dont give it to your bro just get him to make his own

He purchased them, well anyways I'm DoctorJo(with the clantag, dont know how to do it though) on my new account, but I cant change my MAULID
