I like the blood.
Symbol needs a little work. Try sharpening it a lil and trying some different blending effects.
Text is kinda basic. Make sure to have a stroke of 1px black around it for starts.
Also make a border. To do this just make another layer, select the rectangle marquee tool, select the whole sig on that new layer, go to Edit and Stroke and make it 1px Black then do it again but make it 1px white with overlay option.
