Ive been noticing people with custom sprays with there name on the bottom can someone tell me were to get them.

I made mine. You just gotta put it somewhere in your game folder, and then go through options to select it.

When I made a custom spray on MSPaint (making sure to adhere to the size limitations), it told me that the file was corrupt and wouldn't load it.

I tried sizing down my avatar (from an original .pdf) and it still said that it was corrupt. I have personal experience that makes me believe custom sprays are not possible, but I've seen so many thus far that I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

It has to be one of the accepted formats and the correct size. I forgot what they are atm though...

You must go to your profile page and edit details and you can edit your avatar, that little pic that shows up on the leftside of column and edit signature, which i assume is the spray you are talking about. You must upload it from your pc but needs to be hosted, most people use either photobucket or imageshack. I have a couple sigs made by shadowz and by whohitphixx

This same thing happened to me - correct size, correct format, but when I fired up TF2, it told me the file was corrupt and wouldn't upload it to the spray list.

I went back and copied the image onto the clipboard, opened a new file in Paint, pasted it, resaved it, tried it again, and it worked just fine. No clue why. But you might try that and see if it helps?
