It's IMDB...so basically all the list is a popularity contest. I'm actually pretty impressed by the number of actually good Horror movies that it nails.

Shaun of the Dead was an amazing comedy/horror.

Final Destination are all good, but only semi horror.

Scream was great.

Quarantine is the worst I've seen.

I agree for the most part, I was Very disappointed by Quarantine, trailer looked better than the whole movie.

Yeah for evil dead and shaun of the dead making the list.

I think they are defintely in the best zombie movie category though.

- 28 Days/Weeks Later.

- Dance of the Dead ( Comedy Horror )

- Silent Hill ( If you can call that a horror )

- Wrong Turn 1.

- Halloween

- Scary Movie(s) If you can class the Comedy Horrors.

Bunch of cheap horrors from Zone Horror ( Tv Channel )
Many more just can't think from the top of my head..

I dont know if anybody got a clue on this but do zombies realy make good horror movies or does it depend on the gore and all that?

I think the gore counts but only to a small degree, I think it depends more on the anticipation and being placed on edge not knowing what lurks around the corner like in any good horror movie, like the first couple times playing left 4 dead!
