i use bullguard because is very great and is easy to handle.

I had bullguard trial on my comp and LOVED it, It was by far the best anti virus program I have used, I know use avg and adaware. Both are free and get the job done.

Avast at home - proven to stop badness dead in its tracks, even with a wife and daughter madly clicking away on the laptop.

At work? SEP 11. I love how it can be configured and managed, but why oh why doesn't it catch jack? Except the stuff that just infected you, that is, then doesn't clean it.

I don't use any av and haven't for over 3 years. Have never had a problem without one either. Smart surfing and knowledge of the operating system causes much less problems and doesn't steal any resources.

Komodo just came out with a free antivirus not too long ago and it works amazing, it's firewall/antispyware/antimalware all in one, and they have something called BOCleaner that is also free it prevents root kits, they both work great and don't take up a lot resource wise, I usually run at 5 percent with it running and I have a factory HP Pavillion that is old.
