You are right, the Council would probably have needed to give authorization, BUT, it is advertising. I believe they would say yes, BUT, you should never make generalizations or assumptions.

Wow, sorry, I have been sick and just playing most of the time and forgot to check up on this. Yea I used that shinysearch.com thing, I did this at school to show some friends and advertise eGO a little, totally forgetting that eGO is copywritten (Lol). The .tk comes from www.dot.tk, which you just enter the URL to your google that you "made" and then just follow the instructions. It's really simple and really fun. Thanks for the comment about my quotes, I got them at meetings lol.
