Not to sure about the last soldier part, the other soldier came out of nowhere and he got nailed near 3 times mid air (the one at 2:29 min i believe) Ive see some awsome soldiers out there, and dont like calling anyone hackers, but I draw the line somewhere...Ive seen some of Reptiles footage and that guy is scary, he plays soldier and demo and can hit people in near impossible shots out of mid air or plays as if he knows where the opponent is running to...If they dont use hax, then my hats off to them, cuz damn...I wish I was that good.

They don't actually hack, just throwing it out there for anyone that may seriously think they have third party programs running that alter their gameplay. ;P
Team Pandemic is a professional gaming team that travels all around North America to giant tournaments. Some of those TF2 players have made well over $70,000 just from winning these tournaments. Some of them may even get paid to wear a sponsors T-shirt or use a sponsored mouse. They make ridiculous amounts of monkey. ;D
True, it may be their highlights, but they are still pretty sweet. You need to be pretty darn good to pull those off anyways. Take a look at the scout aim, almost 100% accuracy. I'm sure there's a skill factor in there and its not too rare for them to get killing streaks in public servers.
(I would never be able to hit someone midair.)

Alas...the life of a professional gamer is a hard one.
Even though they are so very good, they are probably just average, perhaps a bit above average, amongst their competitive community, requiring a level of dedication and practice similar to a competitive sport like football or basketball but being rewarded far less with far more risks and much shorter careers (most competitive gamers can't go beyond the age of 30-35 because their reaction time literally gets too slow, even if it is just a few milliseconds).
Additionally, although these videos generally show off individual skill, which is fine and good for something like, say, fighting games, the best teams out there win because of a startling level of coordination, something which these videos can't really show.
It's a dog-eat-dog world out there.

He doesn't seem to be such a great scout. It's not like he had a bunch of difficult kills, all he did was run up and unload his shotgun into someone.
