Last night, Colonel Robert Yablonski (USAF Ret.) passed away. After an about 2year battle (and several victories) with luekemia. A very good man, and a great officer. He served with distinction in the US Air Force for over 20 years before retiring in the 90's, since then he worked at a foundation getting military personnel scholarships for overseas educations. I met him and his family on several occasions through my service with the South African Defence Force, and continued a friendship with him while I travel to and from the US and SA. Please keep Colonel Yablonski and his family in your prayers (or thoughts if prayer is not your way).
