good maps to learn off of

I'm sort of new to the whole mapping scene and Im extremely interested in it. Basically I'm wondering if anyone has a few maps that I can load up on my sdk to learn from.

Umm...I dont as such...but if you want to learn anything in particular I could make small demo maps with the feature/object/whatever for you if you wanted?

Chances are you won't make a baller map for awhile after you start. Mapping takes ages to get good at. Unless you're a prodigy.

Very true. It's always best to expect NOT to make a good map at first I think. That way you can actually focus on the learning process compared to just wanting to make a good map.
