I woke up today, and relised, that my Steam account has been hijacked. So if any of you have me on steam, dont beleive anything my account tells you, as its not me. Iv submitted a ticked to Steam, but as always they will take about 10 years to reply and sort it out.

This is rediculous how long they take. Iv got atleast 25 steam purchased games on there. Why are steam so bloody lazy and incompetant. Im going to rage in a minute.

Well, Valve arent replying, thats 3 hours ago i contacted them, and still nothing.

I know this may be the wrong way about it, but if anyone knows anyway in which i can get my account back then PM me. I am going to have to take matters into my own hands as time is precious atm because of the amount of purchased games on my account.

do you know your secret question answers? Cant you just reset the pass and get account back

Select that you dont know pass and they will send you info to reset

Joe, you havent a clue have you? I didnt give any details out.

Anyhow, Steam reclaimed my account and have put a ban on the guys IP. They detected that it was a keylogger that somehow managed to get onto my system.

So yeh Joe, read the facts at the start of the thread before posting that.

Anyways, Problem is resolved, thanks for the support of a few eGO members who gave me loads of advice etc... You may now either lock or delete this thread, cheers.
