Here's some real criticism.

The image has no focal point, I can't determine what message your image is putting out there.

The filters are pretty overdone

The brushwork on top of the head is a bit sloppy

And a Pyro, Tiger Woods, and some old guy have nothing in common.

We all have to start somewhere, though
