No, I use one until it wears out. Since they are all unique, after you get adjusted to one and learn its particular characteristics, its hard to switch around and use different ones.

well i have all the items, so i delete everything i get (using the new discard feature ) until i get a hat...which may be next year or so.

Yeah me too. I don't have a hat your lucky. I save about 2-3 of each item for trading when it comes out.
