paintball or airsoft

Now THIS is paintball

I went to the Michigain Monster game over the weekend and these are the first photos that surfaced. Im the guy with the white mask. The other guys wearing MARPAT near me are my team.

This tank was definitely the coolest tank that was there. It had a full rotation turrent, a main gun, a coaxial mg, a bow mg, and was using real treads to drive

Yes, I know Im wearing full camo with a white mask, which defeats the purpose. But the weather alternated heavy down pours and then blazing heat and humidity so I needed a mask that wouldnt fog, my black masked sucked

This game had about 2.5 thousand people playing, over 1 90 acres of field

They actually had more cover by the elevation. That ridge we were on was higher then the surronding area and protected them from enemy fire. I was in the least cover actually :O

I've played paintball with blowpipes once. They go pretty hard.

Air soft is boring to me because you cant feel anything if you get shot ..
no marks if you get shot so how do you know if you hit the guy?
To me its boring..But thats my opinion
I Love paintball though its fun more exciting I love SpeedBall.!!!!:drool: .(I got a EGO marker btw and a ProtoMAtrixRail07).

on the contrary you can feel the airsoft shot... if you play with a good gun. TRUST you will feel it..

airsoft is less expensive and no mess.. you can have fun with $20 guns.. lol

You don't even need a good gun. Actually, almost any gun over 5 dollars can be felt through long sleeves.

i beg to differ on the cheap aspect of paintball. my main arm cost way over 1500. that isn't cheap in my book, i'm more than your average player tho i guess.

99% of paintball guns dont cost that much. Unless you are buying a current year ego or the like, you will be paying a LOT less. For under a thousand, I was able to get 2 Rap4 T68s (with 5oz and air through stock) a Tippmann X7 with an egrip, airthrough stock. various other accessories, and a TPX, a pistol with 6 extra magazines.

yea, but how much did that coast together? I'm not tryin' to pick a fight or anything, but Airsoft is cheaper because all you need is a gun, ammo. Thats it! if you get a spring gun, all you need is ammo and eye protection* (*is you feel that you need it) with an AEG (battery operated gun) all you need again is ammo! and you don't need to by Air container for an airsoft!!!

ya, I know that airsoft is MUCH cheaper, thats why Im changing from paintball to airsoft since Im going to college. Its also easier to play in more places because its not as messy.
