very rarely do i see a situation where that can happen. yes it does happen, like a well timed sap on sentries or, or...... yea thats about it. and you only need to do that for a minute at most.

I mean, sure you might annoy the other teams snipers if you bak stab them 12 times but are you really helping your team out that way? And sure you can prevent an uber or 2, but a good team will over come that.

I am a firm believe that the class exists for nothing more that annoying people, and not being productive.
