zoomed in too far

was on vacation for a week. came back and now it feels like i am zoomed in too far when playing tf2. i want to move my field of vision back just a tad so i can see around me better. i tried changing my field of vision settings from 90.00 to 75.00 but that seemd to make the zoom worse. anyone know how to change it?

in wow ( i know i know) you could use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out on your field of vision, can't do that in tf2.

Set your advanced FOV. There is more then just 1 bar. I have mine cranked up all the way.

i think you changed your FOV in the wrong direction i think your supposed to increase the FOV rather than decrease it

Move the FOV in the video settings to 90. Then go to multiplayer advanced and tweak that FOV also.

i'll check it out tonight. i had it set to 90, thought it was too zoomed, changed to 75 that made it worse. changed it back to 90 but wasn't aware there was a setting in multiplayer advanced to change fov too. will check it out.

if i could move the fov back one inch it would be perfect. i feel like i'm playing with my face smashed up against the monitor.
