So, what is Gun Game? Gun Game is a special play mode where you must kill enemy players with various weapons, with each kill leveling you up. Against expectations, each level up gives you a weapon that is (relatively) harder to kill with. Rank 1 has the minigun, the easiest of weapons to decimate the enemy. But be careful! Dying decreases your level by 1. The person who reaches the max level first wins! This is a very niche game mode.

In mid-December, we announced the creation of an Overwatch Path to Pro team. Now, with great pleasure, we ready to announce this team has been completed and we now have our starting six players. Each and every one of these players grinds Overwatch on a daily basis with hopes of making it big, making it to the Overwatch League. These players are veterans of Contenders and Contenders Trials, they've been at the highest levels of play and they are eager to make it to the top. After difficult consultation with our Garry's Mod leaders, it has been decided to close down our Garry's Mod servers. We would like to thank the Garry's Mod leaders, admins, and all members of the community who devoted time to Garry's Mod revival. Several talented individuals contributed countless hours into developing, administrating, and driving player base growth, we greatly appreciate the efforts put forth. While it is never easy to make decisions like this, we’re coming away from this venture with knowledge gained that will ultimately help with future growth of the community.
Garry's Mod will close on January 1st, 2021.

Celebrating the New Year, Overwatch will be hosting its first tournament! The style of the tournament will be a 1v1 limited duel double-elimination bracket. The tournament will be held in the eGO Overwatch discord.
Sign-ups will be available until January 6th at 3 PM EST (<- subject to change)

Hey gamers! The Overwatch team has some exciting news to tell you! On December 18th at 9:00 PM EST, they will be hosting a community meeting in the EdgeGamers Overwatch Discord. The team will be making multiple announcements so stay tuned. They will be giving out awards to individuals, as well as, talking about how November went for the community, the newly added rules, and getting feedback from you guys, the players. Finally, to bring the meeting to an end, they will host a Q&A for any questions that you may have. Overwatch Members are not forced to come but try to make your best effort to attend. Hey EdgeGamers, the Media team will be hosting a community meeting on December 13th, 8:30 PM EST, on the EdgeGamers TeamSpeak for everyone to come. It should run no later than 9:00 PM EST. We will be discussing the growth of media in the past year and a special little teaser announcement. At the end of the meeting, we will be holding a q&a/suggestions topic, where you, the players, can ask questions or suggest things you would like to see from Media.
