If you copy the server IP and put "connect (server IP)" in the console, it will let you join even if the server is full.

Quite simple, it needs dedication from admins and CS LE to seed it. Nobody wants to join jailbreak when it has 0-10 players online. If admins and leadership won’t even play on it, we can’t expect anyone else to.

Going to TF2 JB would likely eliminate 99% of the current JB player base. Source would be a better option.

@Trippy I found the issue. The upgrade screen language did not match the actual upgrade language. This has been fixed and will resolve at the next restart. Sorry about the inconvenience, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I'm assuming the island you are trying to upgrade is your own, aka you are the owner? If so, try it once with the funds for the upgrade in your personal account and try again with it in your island account. Let me know if either works. I can try to resolve the issue after knowing this.
