Getting into the game!

Its been like almost 10 years now that I'm getting back into CSS and these past few days, I've been adminning and keeping the teams in check. But when its full, it should allow me to join at least in spectate mode. It shows 64/64 players, playing and it won't allow me to enter until someone drops out. Admins should be able to join in spectate mode as thats our jobs in keeping the server running smoothly. Just my opinion. Any who! Peace Out!

If you copy the server IP and put "connect (server IP)" in the console, it will let you join even if the server is full.
