I downloaded it a while ago... It (from what FPS Banana said) is apparently a promotional album for Far Cry 2. I actually really like it... It's got a different vibe than most other hiphip/rap out there in that it's all African influenced.

If you like GTA and wouldn't mind a more school-oriented theme... Then yes it's worth it. If you're not fond of either of those than no it's not. I personally enjoyed it on the PS2, but I don't know how the computer version handles the controls. See if there's a demo and try that if possible.

Far Cry 2 actually does have binoculars. If you press 5 to go to the map thing and then (if I remember correctly) right click, there you go. Of course, I don't really use them because of the lack of a "lock-on" system like in Far Cry or Crysis, but honestly I think it doesn't hurt that much...
