Ahhhh I remember this problem, I had the exact same problem and I believe it was something to do with the codecs, I remember saving a website with a solution. What I can remember from it was try updating all your programmes.. Here's the link to the solution...

Honestly, I think the idea of the two servers isn't as having one, this is due to one server being full and the other not. Also, there is always a lack of players nowadays especially in the mornings but then again England times? :P
