Try a different keyboard, most computers won't past post if it has a stuck key. True story: My sister smashed up on keyboard and shorted the membrane inside and I had to cut out the 4/$ button's contacts for it to not be stuck.

It's not a glitch. The color is defined by the most dominate or vibrant color in the icon. Black icons, such as Steam and CMD, get a blue treatment.
