The grayish backgrounds are to make it so the text doesn't blend in on bright maps like dust2, TF2 has an option to outline the text so that won't happen where as CS:S doesn't. I'll add an option for it, but I don't think it would be useful.

I'll add a tutorial on how to change the colors, and I'll see about placing the HUD back in the corners. I like the HUD positioned in the center because of playing TF2, but I see why some people like it in the corners.

What do you mean by customizable? Like changing the green to a different colour? Also if I put the boxes back in the corners it would look the same as the default HUD.

So since there aren't any HUDs positioned around the crosshair for CS:S, I made my own. Download at GameBanana! Let me know what you guys think, what should be added, and any bugs you find! I haven't tested it on any monitor but mine (1920x1080) but it should work.
