I know he said it happens mostly in vent, I was searching for the other issue. The echo might be because hes receiveing volume is too high

Please refer to this and try Ventrilo Setting setting they help some people. If you are still having the issue let me know I could help you further.

Well from reading online plus personal experience with computers. I would say you are safe to do this. They should be compatible with eachother because EVGA is compatible with mostly everything xD! Plus they have nice video cards. Answer your power supply question! If you want a kickass computer...
