Most of them sound far too easy. I do about half of those things on a daily basis, and I can't imagine the rest would cause any major difficulties. Hopefully they turn out to be more challanging than they sound.

10 million healing? I never heard that, and I've tried to follow every bit of info about the new content. I only have 888k healed, and I'm primarily a Medic. That's gonna take a long time to get if it's true. BTW, nice find. I've never read about that before. :)

net_graph 3 will display a graph at the bottom of the screen that shows you lots of stuff, including your ping, choke, packet loss (I think) and data sent and recieved from the server. It lets you play about with the differnet rates to see what difference any changes have made. If you're not...

I just checked my console, and I have rate 20000, not rate 10000, so I guess trying rate 20000 is worth a go.

I had the exact same problem not so long ago. If you haven't already tried, type the following into the developers console: rate 10000 cl_updaterate 30 cl_cmdrate 100 It worked fine for me after doing that.
