yea.......i never really thought about it, i have to just unplug one of those connectors which i dont feel like doing lol thanks though

So I ended up with the ATCS. (Reviewers liked it) Basically I just got a case, a 4890, and a new powersupply to power that mammoth.

Nice.......im not really a huge fan of that case just because its plain and boring, not ugly or anything just plain and not exciting. It also doesnt have that many fans and the airflow doesnt look too great compared to other cases. But it does seem like a very high quality case and i agree with you that it has received very very good reviews.

Nice vid card though.........you should crossfire that. I plan on getting a 5870x2 when those babies come out soon.

crossfire is out of the question unless i switch motherboards. I have a motherboard using an nvidia chipset. Also I can't see airflow being a problem. It's got 3 230mm fans and 1 120mm. If that doesn't push enough air i'm doing something wrong.

o does it really?? i thought i only saw 1x230mm...its good then i guess lol its just aesthetics for me, not the greatest looking case

and how are you going to pay for a 5870x2?

The ATCS 840 has great potential air flow. 4 x 120's(one rear, one bottom, two on the hard drive cage inside), 2 230's(one front, one top; the first top one pulls air out prematurely so remove it) is the best setup for aircooling. If the 4x120's are 50 CFM plus(Noctua has almost silent 50+CFM fans), it will be almost unbeatable for air cooling. It can also mount a 3x120 rad on the top, as well as a 2x120 rad at the bottom with no modifications, if you wish to do liquid cooling.

I love this case.

DUDE I hope you don't take offense but it looks like someone mounted some sort of vortex generator/ wind tunnel to the front of your case. That being said airflow is probably amazing.

I just got my ATCS in the mail today (UPS ftl). This thing is gigantic. No complaints yet but I haven't had a chance to install anything as the shipment with the parts isn't here yet. I'll post again when I am done.

I got here a little late but I have the ATCS and I LOVE it. It is big, but it has SO much potential. In my opinion it is the best choice if you plan to do an internal watercooled set up, and or just want a TON of room. ONLY complaint I have is that if you put your PSU on the bottom, some cables may not be long enough. I had to stretch the heck out of my 8 pin cpu connector to get it all teh way up there...

I went with the 850tx maximum pc used in their build. I hope it reaches because they didn't mention anything about it not reaching in their build.
