Xbox 360 Error?

Whenever I start my 360 it goes to this screen saying Error, contact the xbox support site in all these different languages and on the bottom it says E 74, I can't play any games (When It does work the graphics are all buggy) And It has the opposite image of the red ring of death (Only the lower right segment of the circle is red).

Any Help? I'm Waiting for Microsoft to get back to me about this so any help now would be nice. :|

Apparently an E74 is a general hardware failure.


My friend and I got an E71 error last night...which is basically Microsoft's code your system is FUBAR, but we have no idea why.
