Your internet is not that bad.

depends what you're paying for, if its a 512kbps service thats not too bad.
also, if you're connected through a router, the speeds drop a bit

This is mine on my wired connection but when i download something i only download something it downloads at 115KBPs, does anyone know why it is so slow.
